DIGITAL SOLUTION ICT/DIGITAL LITERACY SPELLING BEE CHAMPIONSHIP 2024.

REGISTRATION AGENT INCENTIVE PACKAGE

DigitalSolution is committed to promoting educational excellence and digital literacy among students. As part of our mission, we have designed a financial benefit plan to encourage schools and individuals to register candidates for the upcoming ICT and Digital Literacy Spelling Bee Competition.

This plan outlines the financial incentives and benefits schools will receive for their active participation and support.

FINANCIAL BENEFIT PLAN DETAILS

1. Registration Incentive:

Per-Student Registration Bonus:

Schools will receive a registration bonus of ₦500 for each student registered from their center. This bonus will be disbursed upon confirmation of the student’s registration and payment.

2. Volume Registration Bonus:

• 10-24 Students Registered:

Schools will receive an additional ₦5,000 bonus.

• 25-49 Students Registered:

Schools will receive an additional ₦15,000 bonus.

• 50+ Students Registered:

Schools will receive an additional ₦30,000 bonus.

3. Performance-Based Incentives:

• Top 10 Finalists:

Schools with students who make it to the top 10 finalists will receive an additional ₦10,000 per finalist.

• Winners and Runners-Up:

Schools with students who secure the top three positions will receive:

1st Place: ₦50,000

2nd Place: ₦30,000

3rd Place: ₦20,000

4. School Recognition Awards:

Outstanding Participation Award:

• Schools with over 50% participation from eligible students will receive a special recognition plaque and a cash prize of ₦20,000.

Best Preparatory School Award:

• Based on the performance and feedback from participants, one school will be awarded the title of “Best Preparatory School” and receive a cash prize of ₦50,000 along with a trophy.

5. Resource Support:

Study Material Grant:

Schools registering 30 or more students will receive a grant of ₦10,000 to purchase additional study materials or resources to aid their students’ preparation.

6. Future Discounts:

Discount on Future Events:

Schools that register students for this year’s competition will receive a 10% discount on registration fees for next year’s DigitalSolution events and competitions.

PAYMENT AND DISBURSEMENT

Disbursement Schedule:

• Registration bonuses and volume registration bonuses will be disbursed within 7 days after the registration deadline.
• Performance-based incentives and recognition awards will be disbursed within 15 days after the conclusion of the competition and the announcement of results.

PAYMENT METHOD:

All payments will be made via bank transfer to the school’s designated account. Schools are required to provide their bank details during the registration process.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Register Your School:

Complete the school registration form available on the DigitalSolution website.

2. Register Students:

Ensure students complete their individual registration forms and make the necessary payments.

3. Confirm Participation:

Confirm the number of registered students with DigitalSolution and provide the school’s bank details for payment disbursement.

4. Prepare and Compete:

Utilize the provided study materials and participate actively in the training and preparatory sessions.

5. Receive Incentives:

Enjoy the financial benefits and recognition awards as outlined in this plan.
