🔭 Overview

We warmly welcome you to the 2024 DigitalSolution ICT Spelling Bee & Quiz Championship! This document outlines the eligibility criteria, registration process, competition format, rules, and other vital information to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants.
☑️ Eligibility
Participants must be between 12 and 17 years old. Participants must be currently enrolled in a secondary school. Participants under the age of 17 must have consent from a parent or guardian.
📝 Registration
Complete the online registration form available on the ICT Quiz Competition website. Submission Deadline: All registration forms must be submitted by [insert deadline date]. Confirmation: After submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with further details. Participation Fee: There is no participation fee for the competition.
🎮 Competition Structure
The competition will begin with preliminary rounds held at regional levels. Participants will be grouped by age and grade level. The top scorers from each regional preliminary round will advance to the semifinals. The best performers in the semifinals will compete in the final round to determine the overall winners.
👮 Competition Rules
The quiz will consist of multiple-choice questions, short answer questions, and practical problem-solving tasks. Each round will have a specified time limit for completion. Points will be awarded for each correct answer.
Some questions may carry more points than others based on difficulty.
In the event of a tie, tie-breaker questions will be used to determine the winner.
Judges’ Decisions:
All decisions made by the judges are final.

Use the preparatory AI that will train and guide you through the event. Utilize online educational tools and resources to improve ICT knowledge and skills.
ℹ️ Code of Conduct
Behavior: Participants must exhibit respectful and sportsmanlike behavior throughout the competition. Punctuality: Arrive on time for all competition rounds. Dress Code: Wear appropriate and respectful attire.
🏆 Awards & Certificates
All participants will receive a certificate of participation. Trophies and medals will be awarded to the top performers in each age category.
The overall winners will receive the star prize of NGN2Million. 1 Million in cash and 1 Million worth in prizes and gifts including subscriptions and Digital Literacy training slot.
